Yes we do cover maximum areas under Pune.

How are your regional delight curries healthy?

We have a team of chefs and dieticians who have done a detailed R&D on curry items and we have our own recipe. We use items that is gluten free, low fat, high protein, high fibres & less oily.

How many people does your curries serve?

Our Regular size curry serves two & large size serves 4.

What do I get for post-workout meal?

A meal with high protein content.

What do I get for pre-workout meal?

A meal which is high in carbohydrates & fibres.

Do you serve Pre/Post workout Meal Early morning?

We serve pre/post workout meal from 10 am to 10 pm.

Do you serve halal meat?

Yes we do.

What type for meats do you serve?

We serve Chicken, fish & eggs. We will be including mutton in future.

Do you sell products made out of refined flour/maida?

No we don't.

Do you serve vegan food?

No we don’t serve vegan food, But we serve vegetarian food.

At what time do you deliver meals?

We deliver meals as follows:
Breakfast: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
Lunch: 11:00 pm – 1:30 pm
Dinner: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Can meal plans be unsubscribed in between?

Yes, The customer is free to unsubscribe the meal plans in between but kindly refer our refund policy before unsubscribing.

What is the refund policy for meal plans?

We will refund the amount by considering the cost of remaining no. of meals/day with respect to the nearest higher subscription plan. The refund will be processed within 6 working days of receiving the account details. For any more details you can contact us at makemeswitch@paushtikkswitch.com

How should I change the subscription plan in between?

What if I want to shift meal plan due to other priorities?

You can shift your meal plans in case if you want to. You have to inform us at least 36 hrs in prior through phone call or mail.

Is there any trial option for meal?

Yes, you can try out 3 day subscription meal plans.

Is there any option for multiple delivery locations?

Not for standard meal plans. Customer opting for Premium Meal plans have the option for multiple delivery locations.

Do I have to visit a nutritionist?

No, you don’t have to. Our Nutritionist will contact you personally in WhatsApp. But in case of Premium Customer, you have to visit the BMI facility for body checkup.

What if I’m allergic to certain food ingredients?

You have to mention the same to us while you are subscribing to our meal plans.

Do I have to submit any medical reports?

Only if you are affected with some health condition.

What is premium subscription?

The premium subscription plan is the one in which the customer will be provided with the diet which is suitable for his/her body. The process begins with the nutritionist consultation and the diet will be provide in accordance with the diet suggested by the nutritionist. The customer will have to visit the BMI facility for body checkup at our registered partners near you. The customer can also provide the BMI data if he/she has done it already.

How frequently do you track your customer’s health?

You will be contacted for feedback weekly by our team.

How should I pay for the meal plans?

After you send the enquiry, we will be reverting with a mail which will have the total amount mentioned and the payment link.
